Drop it like it's hot-- the price that is!

There are a few reasons a realtor might suggest a price reduction: price was too high originally, feedback from showings suggested a change, its been on the market and they want more exposure for your property to stand out, etc... Whatever the reason, it can spell savings for a buyer!
